Before you write
Include your UID (shown on the Profile page) and, for billing questions, the payment provider, transaction date and amount. Do not send card numbers or security codes.
Book and copyright enquiries
Include the book title, chapter and page URL. For a rights claim, explain your relationship to the work and provide supporting evidence. Read our copyright complaint process.
For billing issues, please contact us before opening a dispute with your payment provider — we can usually resolve it faster.
